*✍They don't have purpose and commission from the Lord.*
_📞Hawana maagizo na malengo toka kwa Mungu_
*✍They therefore lord themselves over the people, *using threats and position to oppress those who are genuinely called.*
_📞Wanajifanya wenyewe kuwa mabwana juu ya watu na watatumia nafasi walizonazo kuwatishia wengine ikiwemo wale wenye wito wa kweli_
*Demerits:*
_❌Mapungufu yako_
*✍They are not concerned with anyone or the Church once their position is secured.*
_📞Hawana habari na mtu yeyote wala kanisa ilimradi tu nafasi zao zimelindwa na ziko salama_
*✍They lead Church backward through *secular management systems.*
_📞Wanalirudisha kanisa nyuma kwa kutumia mifumo ya dunia hii kuliongoza kanisa_
*✍They don’t train, develop or empower anyone.*
_📞Hawana mpango wa kuandaa wengine wala kukaiisha madaraka kwa mtu yeyote_
*✍The Church is always malnourished and spiritually weak under such Pastors.*
_📞Kanisa wakati wote litakuwa na kwashakoo na dhaifu kiroho kwa kuwa chini ya mchungaji huyu_
*✍Their ministrations are always devoid of God’s power and their sermons always make people sick.*
_📞Huduma zao wakati wote huwezi kuona uwepo wa Mungu na jumbe zao zinawafanya watu kuwa wagonjwa_
*✍Vocational or honorary Pastors have caused much havoc for the Church today.*
